Day #16 – Maked and Mantled- Reading -Mark 9:30-50👣 Theme: Servant Leadership👣 Reflection: Greatness in God’s Kingdom is measured by humility‼️ In Mark 9:30-50, Jesus reveals a Kingdom principle that challenges the way the world defines greatness. While the disciples were concerned about position, recognition, and who would be considered the greatest, Jesus redirected their focus toward humility, sacrifice, and service. Jesus did not define greatness by how many people followed Him, how much authority He carried, or how high He was lifted up. He defined greatness by His willingness to serve. The One who had all power became a servant. The One who was honored by heaven humbled Himself to love, teach, correct, and restore others. 💎Jesus Reveals the Cost of His Mission — Mark 9:30-32 💎Jesus Corrects the Desire for Position — Mark 9:33-35 💎Jesus Uses a Child to Reveal Kingdom Humility — Mark 9:36-37 💎Jesus Teaches Unity in His Name — Mark 9:38-41 💎Jesus Warns About Influence & Spiritual Responsibility — Mark 9:42-50 🙏🏽 Gracious Lord, shape our hearts to lead like Jesus. Remove pride, selfish ambition, and the desire for recognition. Teach us to serve with humility, love with compassion, and use our influence to lift others.
