Is FrSky R9 Fixed Now? 🤔

Lots of people having issues with R9 lately. I'm using the Feb 13 firmware and flashed everything to the same revision. I'm not using the FLEX firmware or using telemetry or F.Port. Simple SBUS and I get RSSI on channel 16.
