Selkirk Rail Yard with full power, start-ups, empty rail train, Gilford System, HLCX ex BN, etc.

Railfanning Selkirk Rail Yard again. Got to see some neat locomotives, HLCX ex BN, Gifford System, GMTX, MEC, but overall it was kind of a slow day. Got to see some locomotive start-ups, and what seemed like full power in neutral, correct me if I'm wrong. Got some trains coming and going too. I'm sorry for the music just cutting short at 19:22. It didn't fade out the way it usually does. Anybody know what type of lead loco that is at 16:14 and 16:36? Thanks for watching. Enjoy!
