These are most delicious sesame balls I have ever had. Crunchy skin! Yummy mung bean paste filling. You don't need deep fry. Ingredients: Dough: 100g Glutinous rice flour 30g Steamed potatoes 70ml Warm water 30g Sugar 10g Vegetable oil Mung bean paste recipe(not only for this time use ) Peeled mung bean 400g Caster sugar 230g Corn starch 50g Condensed milk 130g Vegetable oil 125g Some sesame seeds *The cooking temperature and time should be adjusted according to the brand's air fryer.
