Hi, for those of you who have updated the regulations, you're probably wondering why a SKDU (Decree of Establishment Letter) is no longer allowed since 2018. You should be able to open a Company Account without one. However, when I opened this account, I was still asked for an SKDU because the SOP at the bank I was applying to might not have been updated. It's okay, since I happened to be opening it in a remote area. So, you might encounter problems with the bank's customer service when they ask for the SKDU and notarial deed (for individual PTs without a notarial deed). No problem, just explain the government's updated regulations to the customer service representative. The customer service representative will then consult with the manager. If the manager still refuses to open your account, try finding another branch that might be able to explain it to you.
