In this new episode of Factor UBB, we invite you to learn about the innovative work of Professor Pedro Cisterna Osorio, who, through the application of constructed wetlands to treat wastewater, has achieved results that exceed all expectations and position this initiative as a viable alternative in the search for environmentally friendly solutions. The professor and researcher from the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Bío-Bío hopes that within five years, at least 50 constructed wetlands of varying sizes will be established in different locations throughout the region.
