Relaxing Vacuum Cleaner Sounds in a Quiet Room 🔥 ASMR White Noise for Deep Sleep & Stress Relief

Hey, welcome back to Hi-Res Action :) So this one I filmed in the evening when the room was already getting dark and quiet. Just me, the carpet and my old Electrolux. I love vacuuming this rug, its thick and kinda fluffy so the vacuum makes this really deep warm hum, not that sharp annoying sound some vacuums have. Honestly while recording it I almost dozed off myself lol. A bit about how I made it. I shot everything in Hi-Res on my camera and for the audio I put my Rode VideoMic pretty close to the vacuum, maybe half a meter away. I wanted to catch all the little stuff, the brush going over the carpet, the small change in the tone when I move the nozzle, the soft air going through the hose. After that I did a little bit of editing. Cut out a couple of clicks from when I bumped the furniture, made the volume even all the way so theres no sudden loud parts that would wake you up, and kept the low warm tones because thats really the part that helps you relax and switch off. Why does it help you sleep? Vacuum noise is basically pink noise, its a deeper warmer version of white noise. Your brain stops trying to notice every little sound in the room (the fridge, a car outside, someone walking upstairs) and just settles into this one steady wall of sound. For me it works in like 5 min.
