Control Cities on US Route 219 Southbound

It's time for another control city video! This time I am talking about US Route 219 which is a north-south route which connects Buffalo, NY, with the central eastern part of the country, going down to southwestern Virginia. Since the southbound route starts closer to my home, I decided to tackle that direction first, with northbound coming in a later video.
