Arquitectura religiosa contemporánea | Hispania Nostra
Modern architectural heritage is hidden in every neighborhood of our cities. Architecture surrounds us in our daily lives. It accompanies us when we stroll through the streets of our neighborhood. Our entire lives unfold in built environments, and often we are unaware that some of these buildings are fascinating works with much to learn. It's not always easy to stop and observe them, and even more difficult to access many of them, as they are private properties. But in the case of religious architecture, we find ourselves with buildings that we can visit almost at any time, where no one will ask us if we go in and have a look around. This presentation aims to explain how to understand a good architectural project through simple elements that are readily apparent: a guide that will allow us to explore the city with fresh eyes, rediscovering unknown gems in buildings that shape our daily lives. And thus understand what makes that unusual building across the street from our office a masterpiece that deserves to be visited and recognized.
