The following year, my younger brother committed suicide. My daughter fell into a coma when she was in fifth grade (she later recovered). My father died without ever estranged me (his daughter) or my daughter (his granddaughter). After years of strained relations with my mother, who has a developmental disability, I now live a peaceful and happy life, completely free from the conflicts of the past. 《The Lowest Point》 From a series of sorrows and shocks… Depressive symptoms, depersonalization, various physical ailments, vague complaints…my body was falling apart, and my mental state was at its worst. I consulted psychosomatic medicine specialists and psychiatrists, and tried various medications. Perhaps due to those medications, I developed depersonalization. That led to me taking anti-anxiety medication for about 18 years. I also took the sleeping pill Myslee at the same time. In the last three years of those 18 years, I gradually reduced and then stopped taking the medication.
