Inform us about the realms of heaven and how to rule there. Authorizes us for position. Spirit of Counsel - Green Found in the heart area, it is associated with the heart plexus, thymus gland, and circulatory system, governing compassion, love, and healing.  Which way to rule. Access counsels of God and consult. Commune with god.
