This video shows an amateur motorizing a garage shutter. In Part 1, I cover removing the shutter winding shaft, installing a sprocket, and making a pillow block mount. I'm a complete beginner, and I'm explaining everything I've thought about and researched to the best of my ability, but I'm sure there will be mistakes.
