Mini Sewing Machine Applique Tutorial for Beginners | Sew Much Fun! Greetings Craftphiles! Today I show you how I created this super easy machine applique using my KPCB mini sewing machine. Machine appliques are so much fun! I've been making felt appliques to personalize things for a number of years now and it never gets old. I love how a few random pieces of fabric and felt can come together to create something totally unique and beautiful. My 6-year-old is a total Potterhead and I had a plain T-shirt lying around. I asked her what she would like me to applique on and she wanted a hat to wear to Hogwarts! So here it is - a Mini Sewing Machine Applique Tutorial for Beginners, completely from scratch! Here's a quick list of things you will need to make this applique- Felt in black and purple (use good quality felt) A white t shirt Some fusible web Some lightweight iron-on stabilizer or interfacing Purple and white threads Your Mini Sewing Machine As always, I show you my mistakes so that you don't make the same ones while you are sewing! I will be using my KPCB Mini Sewing Machine in this easy, beginner friendly sewing tutorial. But you can use any sewing machine you might have.
