I love Pam! She is a character that I think a lot of people can relate to; I know I definitely can. This video is sorta Pam centric but some JAM mixed up in it lol. I think that the evolution of her relationship with Jim is intertwined with her own personal growth. And I don't mean that in any anti-feminism kind of way but sometimes it takes one person to engender the self-worth of another. I think that's what Jim did for Pam. I also don't think that that makes Pam weak or lesser in any way. The world puts us down sometimes or we do it to ourselves and sometimes we need someone to help us stand up.
