Flock cameras in Cleveland face shutdown after city council rejects contract extension

A tool Cleveland police say has helped solve crimes and track down suspects could soon disappear. Cleveland City Council rejected Mayor Justin Bibb’s request to extend the city’s contract with Flock Safety, putting the future of roughly 100 license plate reading cameras in question.
