Week 3 Inspection- some comb & where’s my queen pt 1
So I haven’t seen my queen since I installed the nuc into this hive - which given my inexperience isn’t any surprise. However today’s inspection I see what appears to be a queen cell. Supposedly hives will request themselves either to swarm (unlikely given the space available in the hive) or when the queen needs replacement (age, dead or just not laying adequately). We shall watch closely.
