This is a Video of how I replaced the Oil Seals and changed the Fork Oil on my Yamaha XJR1300 (2012) Bike. I mentioned in the Video that I didn't use any specialist tools. Well, actually I did, but produced it myself (Damper Rod Assembly Holder Tool - details provided) Hope this provides useful information to other XJR owners.
