Cash Stuffing Friends: Starting Without Binders or Games? A Few Ideas & Options For All of Us
I have cash binders and savings challenge print outs now, AND it wasn't always the case. In this video, I share a few options for getting started without any budgeting binders or cash stuffing games. NOTE: These are options only... as in, optional. There are no HAVE TO's... just possibilities here. I have loved scrapbooking, journaling, stationery, stickers, and pens my whole life. There may be stickie notes, tape, stickers, and binder clips currently in your space or home that will work for you. I also absolutely LOVE utilizing birthday or greeting cards sent to me, sometimes years ago, as a dashboard in my current binder/s. Creating a one-of-a-kind savings book is also a great way to ground and calm my own nervous system. Did I create these envelopes & placeholders with cash categories in mind? No. It's still a good use of my time to create a space for cash, even when I don't have a lot to save in this moment. Envelope shown is from member mail from @rainydayapril Tape or gluestick envelopes into a notebook and get yourself started on your cash stuffing journey. Make it as personal as you can or want to. It may just be something to use as a journal later as well. Again, options. PS - I found the "cinematic" button on my phone, so I hope the video quality has improved for us :)
