Lane Davies and Nancy Lee Grahn Interview - Santa Barbara and General Hospital

It was back in 1986, when Lane and Nancy took "Santa Barbara" by storm when they were paired and became soap supercouple, Mason and Julia. Later, in 1989, Nancy won a Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Daytime Drama series for her performances as Julia. Following "Santa Barbara", the two eventually crossed paths on-screen again in 2002-2004 when Lane joined the cast of "General Hospital" as Cameron. Now in 2024, they crossed paths yet again in recent episodes of the ABC soap opera when Lane returned for a short stint as a new character, Fergus Byrne in scenes with Alexis. Through the years, Lane and Nancy have remained close since their days on the beloved "Santa Barbara.' Now, they will be appearing at the soap operas 40th anniversary reunion on Friday, August 2nd in Burbank, California, which will also serve to honor the series co-creator, the late, great Bridget Dobson. The event will feature a cocktail reception, Q&A, and a meet and great with many of the stars of the series and creatives.
