Vis, Croatia - One of the most charming and secluded islands in the Croatian Riviera, Vis Croatia is located about 2 hours away by ferry from the city of Split. Once cut off from the rest of the world as a secretive military base, this island is now accessible to the public and it sure is home to some incredible wonders. From abandoned military submarine caves to incredible beaches, this island is one of the most beautiful places I have seen in Europe and well worth a visit for anyone exploring this part of the world.
