The first concrete was poured at the Micron construction site in the Town of Clay on Thursday. It was another major milestone in the long-anticipated semiconductor facility project. It was just in January when local, state and federal elected officials, alongside Micron's top brass, that ground officially broke on the project. Now, the project is ahead of schedule, the tech giant said.
