Feed corn is simple and cheap carp bait. Feed corn (or maize) costs about $10 for a 50 lb bag. That is $0.20 per pound! Dry corn is the cheapest carp bait and it catches a lot of carp. You can find feed corn at most feed stores and at many stores that sell hunting equipment. Feed corn is super easy to prepare. Simply soak the corn kernels for 12-24 hours, then boil it for a couple hours until the kernels of corn squish between your fingers and then you are done. Super easy!
