On this motorcycle trip, we explored some of the most beautiful and iconic spots in the area. We began our journey towards the Chorro de San Ignacio waterfall, a hidden natural haven nestled in the mountains, perfect for taking a break, enjoying the sound of the water, and connecting with the tranquility of the surroundings. We continued on to the Piscu Yaco Dam, an ideal place to rest, take photos, and enjoy the mountain scenery. Its open views and the road leading there make it an unmissable stop for any motorcyclist visiting Merlo. We finished our ride at the Monument to the Argentine Motorcyclist, a symbolic tribute to the passion for motorcycles, the open road, and the biker brotherhood. An iconic landmark that embodies the spirit of travel and freedom on two wheels. The motorcycle at the Monument to the Argentine Motorcyclist in Villa de Merlo is a BMW R75/5 (or a similar model from the /5 series), a classic German motorcycle from the 1970s. This emblematic model represents the history of motorcycling and was donated by the family of local motorcyclist "Chino" Ceballos, a local icon who undertook a great journey through South America. A peaceful ride, with good roads, incredible landscapes, and the undeniable feeling of freedom that only a motorcycle can provide.
