Lubumbashi : Les vendeurs du marché Mzee Kabila sollicitent un dialogue avant sa reconstruction
In Lubumbashi, the provincial government's decision to rebuild the Mzee Laurent-Désiré Kabila market has sparked serious concerns among traders. Ordered to vacate the premises within seven days, they fear losing their main source of income. To voice their concerns, they submitted a memorandum to the Haut-Katanga Provincial Assembly on Monday, requesting dialogue with the authorities before any eviction takes place.
