With hard work and attention from the teacher, she mastered English in 6 months and became an outgoing child. The young girl was Josephine Kim, who grew up to become a professor at Harvard′s Graduate School of Education, mental health consultant, and expert on school violence. Josephine Kim has counseled and treated teachers, parents and students around the world for over 15 years.
