The WORST Final Cut Pro Plugin…That I Use Every Day

In this video, I’m breaking down why the Pro Zooms plugin by Dylan Bates, the Final Cut Bro (more like the Final Cut Toe) is absolutely terrible… while also showing you exactly how you could use the plugin in your own edits every single day, to zoom in and out of your shot, to create digital motion to pan from one part of your shot to the next, to add subtle motion to make your footage more cinematic, to move your shot around in an animated 3D space, to add transitions that work over top of tons of layers, to plop on some motion blur that looks really good and more. Annoying right!? Too much benefit. Something’s fishy about it. If you’ve ever tried to manually keyframe zooms in Final Cut Pro… you already know how painful it can be. This completely changes that.
