Rolls Royce Silver Shadow - Landmark Luxury Moment?

This week Martin and Phil take a look at the Rolls Royce Silver Shadow, but not just any Shadow! This one was at one time owned by James May who is a fan of the model. This car continues to be cherished by its current owner. The Silver Shadow was a revolutionary car for Rolls Royce when launched in 1965 and offered superb ride quality with some help from Citroen. It was also highly successful with over 30,000 sold. Martin and Phil chat about the model, its development, how it evolved over the years and the associated long wheelbase and Corniche variants. There are also a few laughs and geeky facts along the way! The Shadow is a complicated car and living with one can be a challenge if you get a poor example.
