Fiscal de Corte: "Nosotros respaldamos a la fiscal Ferrero", afirmó Graciela Bianchi
La falta de acuerdos políticos para designar a un nuevo fiscal de Corte derivó en la búsqueda de soluciones provisorias, como la del proyecto de ley presentado por Cabildo Abierto que propone una subrogación del fiscal de Corte de forma rotativa, cambiando de titular cada seis meses. La iniciativa del diputado Álvaro Perrone recibió diversas críticas, entre otros de parte de la senadora del Partido Nacional Graciela Bianchi, que no solo rechaza el contenido, sino que considera que, en realidad, fue escrito por el exfiscal de Corte y actual prosecretario de Presidencia, Jorge Díaz. ¿Qué hay detrás de esta discusión sobre el funcionamiento de la Fiscalía?
