2026 Volvo S90 plug-in hybrid Sedan 455 HP

Volvo Cars has unveiled the updated Volvo S90 — a luxurious hybrid sedan that is now more elegant and comfortable than ever before. The vehicle features a full suite of advanced technologies and a refreshed design. The S90 plug-in hybrid has one powertrain option: the T8 AWD. The plug-in hybrid sedan combines a 2.0-liter gasoline engine producing 310 hp with an electric motor generating 145 hp, delivering a total system output of 455 horsepower. The vehicle can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.8 seconds. Thanks to an advanced 18.8 kWh lithium-ion battery that powers the rear electric motor, the S90 plug-in hybrid can travel up to 80 kilometers on electric power alone.It takes about three hours to fully charge the battery. The interior has received significant improvements: soft-touch surfaces, refined finishes and advanced sound insulation create an atmosphere of tranquility and premium. The centerpiece of the interior is a new 11.2-inch touchscreen display with a fast and responsive interface.
