No horde, no Boomer, no pipe and bile bombs. If caught, player's health is drained to critical before being released. HARD EIGHT Another official mode in L4D2 that increases the maximum Special Infected count from four to eight at a time. Enemies also spawn faster, increasing the chances of being swarmed.
