The biggest mistake many people make when lowering their W201, W124, and R129 is relying on the springs' technical specifications. "Usable with original shock absorbers" It's a fact that even sports shock absorbers are too long for most lowering springs. The short shock absorbers available in my shop can be used to remedy this problem. They are 7 cm shorter and thus ensure full spring travel. The problem mentioned also applies to many complete suspension kits, including the V3 coilover kits.
