How to become an Astronaut 2021 (European Space Agency Edition)
Want to support my channel? - https://ko-fi.com/sa64r Want to be an astronaut? Well, the European Space Agency has just opened recruitment for their next class of astronauts. In this video I am going to share some of the requirements ESA looks for in astronauts according to what they have outlined and a brief overview of the responsibilities of an astronaut. There is no doubt that the process is highly competitive and so the only way to really know if you have the chance to become one is to apply. The last time ESA has recruited astronauts was in 2008 so this is definitely a once in a lifetime opportunity for a lot of people, therefore apply if you are eligible as you may never get the chance in the future. Apply via ESA website: https://jobs.esa.int/search/?q=astron... #astronaut #space #europeanspaceagency #esa #europe #astronautselection #recruitment #aerospace #engineering #nasa Disclaimer: The requirements mentioned in this video are not all the requirements needed to become a European Space Agency (ESA) astronaut and you must refer to the ESA website for official requirements. This is not part of any official communications by ESA.
