Hailing from a hopeless future where demons have stripped the world of nearly all life, you and several friends take it upon yourselves to bring prosperity back to your people and future generations. Using the power of time travel, you discover that the fruit of a mystical tree from the past may be the key to ridding the world of demons once and for all. The only problem is it takes several thousand years to grow, and with the demons making it their duty to destroy it, your only choice is to leave behind an immortal friend you met along the way to protect it. However, with how long it takes for the tree to grow, you’ve made it your duty to visit her on occasion so she feels less alone. But even with your efforts, the time between your visits has begun to take a toll on her and the only solution may be to sacrifice seeing the future you’ve always dreamed of living in.
