To mark the tenth anniversary of the Turkish brand “SANIPAK” in the Moroccan market, Mr. Riad Mezouar, Minister of Industry and Trade, visited the site of “SANIPAK Morocco,” a company specializing in the manufacture and marketing of sanitary napkins and paper towels, in Berrechid on Friday. He was accompanied by Ms. Iman Zaoui, the company’s General Manager in Morocco, His Excellency the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Morocco, and Mr. Mustafa Ilker Kilic. The Minister’s visit falls within the framework of promoting industrial investments and initiatives that contribute to strengthening the national industrial fabric. “SANIPAK Morocco” is now a leader in its field, having invested over 600 million dirhams in the last three years. This investment has enabled the company to expand its capacity and build an integrated system encompassing production, processing, and distribution, creating more than 400 jobs. The industrial site in Berrechid is a key pillar in the sanitary tissue and paper towel industry, with a production capacity of about 30,000 tons per year, contributing to raising the company’s total capacity in Morocco to 45,000 tons per year, through adopting best practices in its production lines and valuing 98% of industrial waste.
