This AI patch makes Rocky way more aggressive, as he’s capable of swinging his fists at blinding speeds, doing a good chunk of damage, he can sometimes lock you in the corner with his jabs ala Kaede and Moriya by Illdanaf. The key to beating him was to keep him on the defensive and find those openings to deal a lot of damage with him, and that’s where Athena and Juggernaut proved to be quite effective as Athena’s specials and counters, on top of Juggernaut’s reach with his fists and pipe swing were able to catch him out of his attacks, plus the time given to me when Mickey tells Rocky to get up was necessary to plan out a counterattack when he got up.
