How To Replace A Gemmy Airblown Inflatable DC Low Voltage Fan

Here is a step by step instructional video on how to replace a Gemmy Airblown DC Brushless Low Voltage Fan (.5a, 1.0a, and 1.5a). Tools Needed for Repair: Diagonal Cutters, Channel Lock Pliers, Replacement Fan Kit. Step 1: Unzip inflatable. Find zip-tie holding fan in place. Carefully use the diagonal cutters to cut the zip-tie (be sure not to cut the inflatable) Step 2: Follow the light string to where the light and button meet. With channel lock pliers, gently grip the button pulling it off. Step 3: Insert new light string in through the zipper. Position light in pre-existing light hole. Secure light with button. Step 4: Insert zip-tie into designated sleeve. Step 5: Insert fan cord in through the main zipper and out the fan hole in the inflatable. Step 6: Position the fan so that the electrical cord is at the bottom of the inflatable. The rain guard should be at the top Step 7: While holding the fan in place secure the zip-tie. Make sure the zip-tie is in the fan groove. Insert remaining zip-tie into sleeve. Step 8: Make sure the light string is in the inflatable. Close the main zipper and INFLATE!
