Brick Pointing (Weatherstruck)
Weatherstruck Pointing is a very common pointing joint. It can be found on most types of brickwork. It is by far the most weather resistant of all the pointing joints. The perps are put in tucked slightly in on one side and cut the other. The beds joints are tucked slightly under at top and cut on harris of brick on bottom leaving a sharp clean cut to pointing. This allows water to run off pointing
