Curry In Hurry| Simple, Quick Egg Curry| My Style Ingredients/Recipe -6 Boiled Eggs -1 Brown Onion -4 Medium Potatoes -3 Cloves of Garlic -3 Green Chillies (To Taste) -1.5Tsp Cumin Powder -1.5 Tsp Corriander Powder -1.5 Tsp Red Chilli Powder ( Optional, To Taste) -1 Tsp Tumeric Powder -1 Tsp Cumin Seeds -1/4 Bunch Corriander Method -Put eggs in boiling and potatoes in cooking in microwave. Boiled eggs for 2/3 whistles on pressure cooker or 12/13 mins on boiling water. Potatoes for 12/13 mins in microwave. -Thin slice brown onion. Make a paste of garlic and chilli in a pessle/ mixture/blender -Heat oil and sear the boiled eggs all around and put the on side. Can use same oil, otherwise👇 -Heat oil, once hot, add cumin seeds, then onion, then tumeric powder. Let the onion cook, then add boiled potatoes and sauté. Add the paste, coom for few mintues, then add tomatoes and cook for few minutes again. Then add water and leave for simmering. -Once simmered, add seared eggs and leave for simmering again. -Should get a slightly thick gravy, smash some potates to make curry more thick.
