Offline footwork (Workshop Video)

This doesn't negate the importance of practicing fast direct attacks. But adds to our ability seeing the exchange as a full progression, and not stopping at the hit. There are lots of sparring examples, but decided to keep it to recent tournaments and then a few from past years. It's such a basic movement sometimes its practically a whole sparring session.
