The hotel is located on the second coastline of the Mediterranean Sea in the resort area of Avsallar. The nearest large shopping center is located in the Konakli region. It can be reached by bus in 15 minutes. Within walking distance there is a store of the Turkish brand LC Waikiki. You can also walk to popular supermarkets with fixed prices: BIM - 2 minutes, Migros - 15 minutes. On Wednesdays a bazaar comes to Avsallar where you can buy fruits, clothes and souvenirs. From the hotel My Home Resort 5* to the market can be reached in 7 minutes. The rest of the time you can go shopping in the malls, which are also within walking distance. Turkish pharmacies with fixed prices are also located there. 🔷 Brief description My Home Resort 5* was built in 2008. The hotel has gone through several renovations. The last renovation (partial) was carried out in 2023. The resort consists of three main buildings and one additional block. The hotel has about 500 rooms: standard, family and swim-up rooms with direct access to a private pool. Total area of the resort is 23,000 m2. Infrastructure and entertainment: • 2 swimming pools, 1 children's pool, 3 water slides, aqua zone for children; • dozens of sun loungers (including on lawns), soft swings and cocoon chairs; • four bars: on the beach, in the lobby, by the pool and in the garden; • fitness room, outdoor playgrounds (ping-pong, kicker, volleyball); • amphitheater, cinema, conference hall, indoor recreation areas; • mini-club and children's playgrounds; • hammam, sauna, steam bath – free of charge; • indoor pool and spa center where you can order a massage; • disco hall, shops, billiards, slot machines. Free Wi-Fi is available in the rooms, throughout the hotel and even on the beach. The animation here is active: exercises, water aerobics, volleyball and water polo, dancing - the program for the day is always good. 🔷 Room I booked a "standard" with a view of the surroundings. The walls and bathroom look "fresh" and the furniture is a bit dated. TV and air conditioning are good. Cons - lack of slippers and a kettle. Pros - cleanliness, good internet and a free safe. 🔷 Beach My Home Resort 5 * is located on the second coastline. The distance to the beach is 300 meters. The entry into the sea is smooth, there are no underwater plates and stones. The My Home 5 * hotel has a wide area with a large number of sunbeds and a beach bar (it offers not only drinks, but also snacks). There are also showers and toilets. The beach in Avsallar is suitable for swimming even with small children. 🔷 Buffet and bars Meals at the My Home Resort 5 * turned out to be very varied and of high quality. Themed dinners are held twice a week in the evenings. I got on the "fish day". The buffet had a lot of meat, fish and seafood. My Home Resort 5 * has a snack bar where you can have a full meal.
