March 10th marks 10 months since we emigrated to Spain on a non-lucrative visa… and now we face a difficult decision: renew by demonstrating double our income, try to change to a work permit, or look for another option. It's not as easy as it seems. It's not as straightforward as they explain it in online forums. And yes, it's scary.
