Today I tried something a bit different and turned a HOLY Hazelnut Milkshake into a proper dessert πŸ‘ŒπŸ˜ŠπŸ‘ I made a simple hazelnut panna cotta using: 300 ml double cream 100 ml oat milk 2 gelatine leaves 1 sachet HOLY Hazelnut Milkshake I gently heated the cream, dissolved the gelatine, mixed the HOLY powder with the oat milk, then combined everything and chilled it in the fridge for 5 hours. To finish it off, I topped it with fresh raspberries and crushed hazelnuts β€” and honestly, it turned out fantastic. Rich? Yes πŸ˜… No added sugar? Also yes. A proper dessert? Absolutely.
