Giampaolo Pazzini - 115 goals in Serie A (part 2/3): 29-80 (Sampdoria, Inter 2009-2012)

Giampaolo Pazzini, born 2 August 1984 in Pescia (Italy). 383 games and 115 goals in Serie A, playing as striker with Atalanta, Fiorentina, Sampdoria, Internazionale, Milan and Hellas Verona. From 2004 to 2020 he played 14 Serie A seasons, winning 2010/11 Coppa Italia (with Inter), 2005 Serie A Young Footballer of the Year (with Fiorentina) and 2016/17 Serie B topscorer (with Verona). During his youth years he won 2003 UEFA European Under-19 Football Championship, then he played 22 international games with Italy U-21. On 24 March 2007, he scored the first goal and first hat-trick at the new Wembley Stadium in a 3–3 friendly draw with England U-21. With the senior Italian team he played 25 international games (2009-2012), scoring 4 goals and taking part to 2010 FIFA World Cup. He is well known for his eye for goal and movement off the ball, especially in the penalty area, as well as his aerial prowess and excellent ability to score headed goals.
