Actor Ryo Yoshizawa appeared at a pop-up store event for Spanish luxury brand Loewe held at Ginza Sony Park in Tokyo's Ginza district on April 18th. He stars in the film "Kingdom" (directed by Shinsuke Sato), which opens on the 19th, and the currently airing NHK drama series "Natsuzora." Despite his busy schedule, when asked, "What if you had a day off during Golden Week?", he confessed, "I tend to just stay indoors and spend my holidays reading manga at home." He continued, "I've been looking for something fun to do that gets me moving. I've been wanting to try bouldering, but I haven't had the chance yet." The pop-up store is a collaboration between Spanish luxury brand Loewe and Paula's Ibiza, a boutique on the island of Ibiza. This is the third collaboration, following on from last year and the year before, and is titled "Paula's Road Trip," with truck and trailer pop-up stores wrapped in a "Paula's Ibiza" print traveling to seven locations across the country. When asked about his experience of "road trips (traveling by car)," Yoshizawa said with a smile, "I haven't... But if I had to go on a road trip, I'd rather do something outdoors." He added with a wry smile, "But for me, I think I'd probably just go around to different coffee shops in each region. I feel like I'd just go from indoor to indoor," once again revealing his indoorsy side. Items from the Summer 2019 collection will be available to purchase at the pop-up stores. The first stop, Ginza Sony Park, will be from the 18th to the 25th.
