Today on the channel we are building and reviewing the Lego Star Wars Ultimate Collector Series Mandalorian’s N-1 Starfighter set #75442, with 1,809 pieces. This set does retail for $249.99 in the US. I begin the review discussing my appreciation for the N-1 Starfighter and what Star Wars movie or tv show I associate it with most. We then review the box and gather our assumptions about what is to come from the set. We then unbox the set and find 16 bags, a medium sticker sheet, the display plaque, a few loose parts, and the instruction booklet. Building this set took a few days, and was actually really enjoyable. Building the Ion engines was definitely the highlight of the build, and did not feel repetitive, as both are built different. Reviewing the set we begin by going over the display stand and our minifigures of Grogu and the Mandalorian. We then review the actual set, starting at the bottom, and discuss all the building techniques, greebling, and stickers. In the wrap up I talk about what makes this version of the N-1 Starfighter special. Overall I do not recommend this set because it is rather expensive at the price per piece ratio. But you may feel different about its cost to piece ratio. I purchased this set with my points and I feel I did really well with this set.
