After years of primarily working out at home, I decided it was time for a change. In this video, I’m taking you along for a look inside Club Studio. From Pilates and group fitness classes to recovery amenities, the pool, saunas, turf area, and more, I’ll share what stood out to me and why I decided to join. As a 40+ health coach, I’m always looking for ways to make movement sustainable, enjoyable, and something I can stick with long-term.
