Our 3-week Babymoon across Vietnam 🇻🇳 Visiting Our Home Country After 10 years

PART 1 of our Babymoon in Vietnam 🇻🇳 After 10 years away… I’m finally back home in Vietnam – and this time, I’ve got a baby bump. 😭 This vlog follows our 3-week babymoon across the north of Vietnam – from chaotic Hanoi, to the dreamy Ha Long Bay cruise, to the stunning mountains of Ninh Binh – all while navigating pregnancy, street food cravings, and reconnecting with my roots in a way I never have before. It’s been emotional, hilarious, humbling and so, so healing. From getting scammed at the salon (classic tourist move), to crossing the streets of Hanoi with my life flashing before my eyes, to reflecting on how lucky we are just to be here… this vlog shows one of the most important and heartfelt travels we've ever experienced and leaving us feel so grateful to the opportunities we have. These would be my tips if your planning a trip to Vietnam: Make sure to bring Cash as hardly anywhere took cash (or if they did it would charge 3-8% interest) Download Grab (their version of uber and uber eats) Start at the north and work your way down to south (south has more beaches) I would do: 3 days Hanoi (must go Tam vi restaurant - pre book this! Banh mi 25, Train street, Ba Trieu street for shopping. I would stay around the Old quarter near Hoan Kim lake) 1/2 nights cruise Ha long bay (so beautiful, definately must see!) Day trip to Ninh binh from Hanoi (book tour on klook, go on the Trang an Boat ride & Mua cave view point, a day is all you really need here) 3 nights Hoi an - Get clothes tailored! We went to ba-ri tailors who was so quick with a 24hr turn over. We stayed at the Almighty hotel which was beautiful, Visit the night market and the old town and do the lantern boat ride. Must visit Morning Glory Signature, food was so good we went here twice! 3 Nights Da nang - we LOVED it here we actually stayed 6 nights to relax!the beaches are so beautiful! Visit the dragon show bridge 9pm Friday/sat/sunday. Bana hills for the golden bridge (go around 12pm to avoid too many crowds) 3/4 nights Ho chi minh - Cafe apartments, for coffee and HCM is AMAZING for shopping!!
