The Fantasy Art Techniques of Tim Hildebrandt - Art Book Review

Tim Hildebrandt is an absolutely fantastic fantasy and science fiction artist. He's illustrated many classics from Lord of the Rings to the Dragonriders of Pern. Sometimes thought of as just one half of the "BArothers Hildebrandt" (with his brother Greg), Tim was an amazing artist in his own right. He did work on Star Wars, Magic: The Gathering, and Marvel. Sadly, Tim passed away in 2006. Tim's work is a must-study for anyone interested in fantasy and science fiction artwork. His ability to convey characters, emotions, and mood were powerful.
