ROKETSAN's MIDLAS VLS at IDEX 2025
Turkish missile manufacturer Roketsan is showcasing its homegrown vertical launching system (VLS) solution, the MIDLAS (Milli Dikey Atım Sistemi), at IDEX 2025 exhibition in Abu Dhabi. Naval News correspondent Tayfun Ozberk is presenting this VLS. MIDLAS is developed as an indigenous solution to replace US-made Mk 41 VLS. The system is installed to the first I-class frigate, TCG İstanbul, and performed the first live missile firing in the recent months. The scale model of MIDLAS at the event shows ATMACA anti-ship missile and quad pack SAM solutions, which is currently under process by Roketsan. ===================== For new videos every week, subscribe here! http://www.youtube.com/c/NavalNews?su...
