College Students Go Coatless in Subzero Temperatures
It's a common problem at college campuses around America: skipping proper winter gear when going out. After her daughter died of hypothermia, a Wisconsin mother is speaking out to warn others against suffering the same fate. Neala Frye, a 23-year-old student at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, was found frozen to the ground in 2013 after a daylong search. Surveillance video from the time showed Frye drinking at a local college bar before leaving with a friend in the frigid weather. #InsideEdition
